4.1 You retain ownership rights to the content you generate. However, you grant 【SupreLive】 an unrestricted, non-exclusive, global license to use, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.
4.2 You warrant that the content you generate does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and you have the right to grant 【SupreLive】 the aforementioned license.

Virtual items available on the Platform are only part of the user experience, and 【SupreLive】 does not assume responsibility for the content, quality, safety, or reliability of services, content, or private arrangements provided by users.
5.2 【SupreLive】 does not assume responsibility for private arrangements or communication between users, including their establishment, performance, or outcome, and shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from them.
5.3 【SupreLive】 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of the Platform but does not provide any express or implied warranty of error-free, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
5.4 【SupreLive】 does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, legality, authenticity, or reliability of the content generated by users on the Platform, and shall not be liable for any liability arising from the content.

12.3 Such settlement, if available, is solely part of the Platform's creator reward mechanism and does not convert virtual items into general-purpose payment tools or off-platform tradeable assets.
12.4 Users should review the applicable creator reward and settlement rules before submitting a request, and understand that availability may vary by region, eligibility, or third-party support.
13.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use should be resolved amicably through friendly negotiations.
13.2 If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of your jurisdiction for resolution.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of Terms of Use located on our application or website (https://www.suprelive.com) each month and confirm your acceptance of all its contents. If you disagree with or do not accept any modified terms, you should immediately cease using all services and products on Platform. If, one month after the modification of these Terms of Use, you continue using the services or products on Platform, it will be deemed that you have accepted all the contents of these Terms of Use, including any new modifications and additions."
